Leadership and Performance Strategist

With 25 years of experience as an HR executive, I've had the privilege of building HR departments from the ground up and working closely with CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite executives. Collaborating with talented entrepreneurs has been an exciting and fulfilling journey, and it has deepened my commitment to leadership and helping others excel.

Throughout my career in the corporate world, I've witnessed the highs and lows, the stress and anxiety that executives face. I’ve experienced success and failure. I’ve been bullied and called a zero. There was a time when I would arrive at the office and stop in the restroom to throw up before heading to my desk. That was certainly not part of the dreams I had about my life and career earlier on.

So, I started working with a therapist and began to truly understand how I became who I was. I also started working with a coach. Initially, I thought they would help me with my career, but that’s not at all how it went. My coach took me deep and wide, helping me recognize and manage the things that dragged me down (mostly myself). Everything started changing. I stopped throwing up. I stopped drinking. I lost 130 lbs.

Mostly, I stopped grinding it out every day and started doing things on purpose. I took control of my thoughts, my feelings, and focused on what I wanted from life. And I couldn’t have done that without a coach who kicked my ass and wouldn’t let me off the hook. That’s how coaching changed my life.
